Parmco launches its own service model with a mix of youthful enthusiasm and in-depth experience.

Parmco has just launched its own full Auckland-wide service model with one of the firm's graduate apprentices.

Heading up the Service offer out in the field will be Ali Nazeel (see photo above).

Ali has been with Parmco for nearly 5 years and during this time has gone from being a school leaving entrance apprentice to an industry leading technician having completed all of his qualifications as one of the top graduates from his year group at the same time as working full time at Parmco.

Ali will be supported by the uber-experienced Gavin Cran, who recently joined Parmco as Technical Manager after 14 years with Breville.

Says Parmco General Manager Dean Dodds: "This initiative is part of an overall strategy to ensure we have the best product and aftersales service in market and we will be looking to expand on this offer in the future as more of our apprentices graduate."

So, watch this space, as they say!
