October revealed three key moves at Nespresso and Farmers.

John Ciaglia is Nespresso New Zealand’s new Country Manager. He joins the NZ team from Nespresso Australia where he was the Business to Consumer Commercial Manager and has been an instrumental part of the local Nespresso growth journey for both the business and Nespresso partners.

Guillaume Chesneau, Nespresso’s outgoing New Zealand Country Manager, has been promoted to Country Manager of Nespresso Sweden. Guillaume was responsible for the launch of Nespresso into New Zealand in 2011 and has delivered significant results to ensure a strong platform for continued growth in the local market.

Rod McDermott, Farmers CEO, has left the iconic retailer having “decided to seek new and different challenges. He spent 10 years at the top and 25 years overall, during which time it has experienced something of a resurgence and undergone substantial change and modernisation of systems and outlook.
